January 2026 Promotion — Official Terms & Conditions
Empowering faith, fostering community, and supporting charity through online platforms and software creations.
These Terms & Conditions govern the January 2026 promotional initiative (“Promotion”) hosted by TechForJesus.org (“Organization”). Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST through January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to receive the promotional award, an organization must:
Be a U.S.–based nonprofit with valid and current 501(c)(3) status recognized by the IRS.
Have an active, approved non‑profit app profile on cloud.techforjesus.org.
Be in good standing with TechForJesus.org..
Comply with all platform guidelines and review integrity standards.
International organizations and entities without U.S. nonprofit status are not eligible.
3. Award Structure
At the end of the Promotion Period:
50% of all donations received by TechForJesus.org during January 2026 will be allocated as the promotional award.
The award will be granted to the single non‑profit app with the highest number of verified, authentic user reviews submitted during the Promotion Period.
Tie‑Breaker Rule
If two or more organizations are tied:
The nonprofit with the highest number of unique reviewers wins.
If still tied, the nonprofit with the earliest account creation date on cloud.techforjesus.org wins.
4. Definition of a “Verified Review”
A review is considered Verified when it meets all of the following:
Submitted by a real user with a valid account.
Reflects a genuine, firsthand experience with the nonprofit’s app or services.
Passes automated and manual fraud checks.
Contains meaningful, original content (not empty, duplicated, or AI‑generated).
Does not violate platform guidelines.
TechForJesus.org may request additional verification from reviewers or nonprofits if needed.
5. Review Verification & Integrity
To maintain fairness:
Duplicate, incentivized, spam, or fraudulent reviews will be removed.
Reviews generated through bots, scripts, or mass‑manipulation tactics are prohibited.
TechForJesus.org may audit review activity at any time.
Nonprofits may not offer rewards, discounts, or compensation in exchange for reviews.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Organizations may not:
Manipulate reviews or encourage users to violate guidelines.
Misrepresent their identity, mission, or nonprofit status.
Use automated systems to generate engagement.
Engage in deceptive, unethical, or fraudulent behavior.
Violations may result in immediate disqualification.
7. Disqualification
A nonprofit may be disqualified if:
It violates any part of these Terms & Conditions.
It loses its 501(c)(3) status or fails verification.
It engages in review manipulation or prohibited conduct.
It refuses to cooperate with review audits.
TechForJesus.org reserves the right to disqualify at its sole discretion.
8. Appeals Process
If a nonprofit believes it was wrongly disqualified or that reviews were incorrectly removed:
It may submit an appeal within 7 days of notification.
Appeals must be submitted through the official support channel listed on cloud.techforjesus.org..
Appeals must include evidence or documentation supporting the claim.
TechForJesus.org will review the appeal and issue a final decision within 14 days.
All appeal decisions are final.
9. Award Distribution
The award will be distributed within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
Funds will be transferred to the nonprofit’s verified payment method on file.
Award funds must be used for charitable, ministry, or community‑impact purposes consistent with IRS requirements.
All donation totals and award distributions may be reviewed through third‑party payment processor records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
10. Publicity Release
By participating, nonprofits grant TechForJesus.org permission to:
Publicly announce the winner
Use the nonprofit’s name, logo, and app profile in promotional materials
Share review counts, impact summaries, and award details
Feature the winning organization in marketing, newsletters, and social media
No additional compensation will be provided for publicity use.
11. Transparency & Reporting
TechForJesus.org may publish:
This supports stewardship and community trust.
12. Rights & Reservations
TechForJesus.org reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion
Resolve disputes at its sole discretion
Enforce review integrity
Withhold the award if no eligible nonprofit qualifies
Conduct audits of review activity
13. Limitation of Liability
TechForJesus.org is not liable for:
Technical issues, outages, or interruptions
User behavior or review content
Banking delays or payment processing issues
Indirect or consequential damages related to the Promotion
14. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
16. Financial Accountability
TechForJesus.org maintains transparent records of all donations received during the Promotion Period. Donation totals and award distributions are verifiable through third‑party payment processor reports. Upon request, the winning nonprofit may receive a summary confirming donation totals and award transfer. TechForJesus.org is committed to stewardship, accuracy, and integrity in all financial matters related to this Promotion.
